Families in Transition-New Horizons in 2018

As of January 1, 2018, Families in Transition and New Horizons are one organization, known as Families in Transition-New Horizons (FIT-NHNH). The merger of Families in Transition and New Horizons will assist us to grow services for families and individuals most in need of emergency shelter, affordable housing, food, and supportive services.

Although we have officially merged, we will be integrating our philanthropy and development programs throughout the course of 2018, with the goal to be fully integrated in 2019. Over the course of 2018, you will continue to receive messages from both organizations as separate programs, New Horizons and Families in Transition.

You can directly support our merger process or chose to designate your support specifically to Families in Transition’s programming or New Horizons’ programming. Support designated to our merger will be assigned to the highest need at that time. Support designated specifically to New Horizons or Families in Transition will continue to support the current running programs within the given program. To invest go to: www.fitnh.org or www.newhorizonsnh.org
