   INTAKE PROCESS
Families in Transition-New Horizons offers specialized treatment programs for those in the community who struggle with substance use.
Intake at Family Willows Substance Use Treatment Center to screening completed on the phone and scheduled assessment to assessment completed and appropriate level of care determined and referral made.
All New Hampshire community members can call our Family Willows Substance Use Treatment Center Intake line at 603.641.9441 ext. 401 or walk in at 161 S. Beech Street in Manchester, Monday through Friday,
9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Our licensed substance use treatment professionals will determine which program is best suited for you or make a referral to another program.

If our programming is a good fit, you will be referred to one of the following:

Intensive Outpatient Program at our Family Willows Substance Use Treatment Center that uses evidence based practices to address substance use disorders as well as mental health and trauma. Treatment is divided into two phases to support a smooth transition throughout recovery. For women only.

The Outpatient Services at our Family Willows Substance Use Treatment Center offers individual therapy for substance use disorders and mental health and trauma. Part of the Outpatient Services also offers Nurturing Family and Moral Reconation Therapy groups.

Transitional Living Program for women (Lin's Place) and men (Tirrell House) that empowers safety as a priority while assisting individuals with substance use disorders and behavioral health disorders to transition back to their own communities. Designed to provide safe and affordable temporary housing for up to 6 months.

   WE'RE HIRING!

We are currently hiring a Program Manager to train, evaluate, and motivate our clinical staff, manage and direct services, prepare and review case histories, and facilitate weekly Intensive Outpatient groups and recovery support groups. In March, Senator Shaheen and Mayor Craig visited our Family Willows Substance Use Center.
We were fortunate to have Senator Jeanne Shaheen and Mayor Joyce Craig tour our Family Willows Substance Use Treatment Center, meet with the women in the program, as well as speak with our Board of Directors and Senior Leadership team.

   COMING SOON – FALL 2018
Manchester Recovery and Treatment Center construction in February 2018 Manchester Recovery and Treatment Center construction in Mach of 2018.
Construction continues at the Manchester Recovery and Treatment Center (MRTC) on Wilson Street.
The MRTC will serve as a one-stop-shop for individuals in recovery and/or with mental illness to find the support they need. The building at 293 Wilson Street in Manchester includes Hope for New Hampshire Recovery; our Family Willows Substance Use Treatment Center, recovery housing and transitional living programs for women; and the Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester. With all these service providers under one roof, individuals will be able to access peer support for long-term recovery, recovery coaching and pathways, intensive outpatient programs, outpatient services, transitional living programs, assessment, connection, information, and intervention.
The project is expected to be completed in June of this year. Follow along with the progress on our Facebook page and our website.
